Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

A regional medical center in eastern-central South Dakota is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its outpatient Wound Care team. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, providing an opportunity to work with advanced wound care technologies in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient wound care services in a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize advanced wound care tools such as grafting, casting, and wound vac therapy.
• Work Monday through Friday with no night or weekend shifts.
• Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on wound healing and management.
• Coordinate with specialists and other providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification.
• Relevant RN experience or clinical rotations in wound care or related fields.
