Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across various specialties including general, bariatric, neuro, urology, endoscopy, ENT/head & neck, orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, OB/GYN, plastics, trauma, and pediatrics.
• Manage anesthesia independently in a hospital setting with support from a dedicated cardiac team for cardiac cases.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and practice leadership to develop a personalized, flexible schedule.
• Participate in in-house call shifts, totaling 73 shifts per year, with the option to earn additional income by picking up extra shifts.
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with hospital protocols and safety guidelines.
• Engage in continuing education through access to the TeamHealth Institute for CME activities approved by the ASA.
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
• Support hospital initiatives and quality improvement programs as needed.

Compensation

• $260,000 guaranteed minimum annual salary.
