Valdosta Anesthesia is seeking Anesthesiologist Assistants (AAs), including new and upcoming graduates, for a flexible, team-oriented practice. Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia support across a variety of cases as part of a team.
• Manage anesthesia cases with a focus on safety and quality care.
• Participate in after-hours beeper call, primarily on weekends and every fifteenth night.
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers and staff to ensure smooth perioperative processes.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Support the practice's culture of low turnover and team cohesion.
• Assist in providing anesthesia services in a community setting near beaches and Gulf Coast.

Compensation

• $270,000 - $300,000 annual salary
• Incentive-based compensation including sign-on bonus, relocation support, productivity, and quality bonuses
• CME allowance of $2,200 per year, increasing with seniority
• Profit sharing contribution and end-of-year bonus
• W-2 employment tax status

Shift & Schedule

Requirements

• Certification or eligibility as an Anesthesiologist Assistant.
