St. Luke’s Health System is an Idaho-based, not-for-profit health system headquartered in Boise, comprising eight hospitals (including St. Luke’s Boise Medical Center and St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital), a nationally recognized cancer center, and more than 200 outpatient clinics across southern Idaho and into eastern Oregon. The system employs over 14,000 people and supports a medical staff of roughly 1,800 physicians and advanced practice providers. St. Luke’s operates multiple regional medical centers (Boise, Nampa, Magic Valley, Wood River, McCall and others), publishes annual Form 990s, and emphasizes regional clinical programs in heart, cancer, women’s and children’s services as well as medical education and community benefit reporting.
