Envision Healthcare is a national medical group headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, that provides physician and advanced practice provider services across emergency medicine, hospital medicine, anesthesiology, radiology/teleradiology and women’s and children’s (including neonatology). The group partners with health systems in more than 1,000 clinical departments and reports caring for roughly 19 million patients annually with large operational volumes (millions of ED/inpatient encounters, radiology reads and anesthesia cases). Envision operates through its Envision Physician Services medical group (and previously operated AMSURG ambulatory surgery center interests, which were separated during the company’s 2023 restructuring).
