The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is a physician-led, multi-specialty medical group serving Kaiser Foundation Health Plan members across the Atlanta metropolitan area. Founded in 1985, TSPMG comprises over 640 physicians and about 180 associate practitioners who provide care to more than 340,000 Kaiser members through multiple medical offices and affiliated hospitals. The group practices in an integrated care model with primary care, medical specialties, and surgical services and is aligned with Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Southeast. Leadership includes a physician president and executive medical director (Nkem Chukwumerije, MD, MPH, FACP).
