Northwest Permanente is an independent, physician-led multispecialty medical group that partners with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan to provide care in Oregon and southwest Washington. The group comprises more than 1,300 physicians and clinicians across roughly 54 specialties and subspecialties, serving over 600,000 Kaiser Permanente members in the region. Northwest Permanente operates within an integrated care model with electronic medical records, chronic disease management programs, hospital-based and ambulatory services, and is involved in clinical innovation and teaching. In April 2025 the group announced a formal affiliation with The Permanente Medical Group of Northern California to advance shared clinical programs and technology.
