First Physicians Group (FPG) is the multi specialty physician network affiliated with Sarasota Memorial Health Care System serving Sarasota and Manatee counties in Southwest Florida. FPG comprises primary care and specialty practices across a broad range of services including cardiology, gastroenterology, oncology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, pulmonology and many other subspecialties. The group is backed by Sarasota Memorial Health Care System and its hospital resources and outpatient sites, operates a patient portal (MyHealthRecord), and lists dozens of clinic locations and centralized billing services. FPG reports a provider network of over 675 physicians and advanced practice providers, and supports referrals and coordination with Sarasota Memorial hospitals and specialty centers.
