Community Health Partners Careers

Community Partners (doing business as Behavioral Health and Developmental Services of Strafford County) is a nonprofit community mental health center and designated developmental services provider based in Dover, New Hampshire. Serving Strafford County (and acting as the Aging and Disability Resource Center for Strafford and Rockingham Counties), the organization provides lifespan behavioral health, developmental disability, early supports, youth and family, and elder services across multiple office locations. Community Partners operates programs for mental health care, case management, and substance use disorder services (expanded in 2025 through an acquisition of South Eastern New Hampshire Services).
