Cambridge Health Alliance Careers

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is an academic community health system serving Cambridge, Somerville and Boston metro north communities. CHA operates two acute care hospitals (Cambridge and Everett), a network of primary care and specialty practices, and the Cambridge Public Health Department. The system cares for roughly 140,000 to 150,000 patients and provides services in primary care, behavioral health, emergency medicine, surgery, maternity care and specialty services. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School, the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Harvard School of Dental Medicine and Tufts University School of Medicine, and maintains clinical partnerships with larger tertiary centers for advanced care. The organization operates designated community behavioral health centers and has been recognized for community benefit and health equity work.
